Return Policy

Americrest Coin accepts returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and remain in its original condition.
• Be returned in its original packaging, capsule, slab, or protective holder.
• Include all certificates, accessories, and accompanying documentation.

• Include a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Please contact our customer support team before sending an item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For product protection and quality assurance, Americrest Coin cannot accept returns for:

• Coins removed from sealed or tamper-evident packaging.
• Items that have been cleaned, altered, damaged, or improperly handled.
• Personalized or customized products.
• Final-sale or clearance items.

• Items returned without their original packaging or documentation.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please contact Americrest Coin within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

When contacting us, please provide:

• Your order number.
• Clear photographs of the item.
• Photographs of the shipping package, when applicable.
• A brief description of the issue.

Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error made by Americrest Coin.

Return Shipping

Americrest Coin will cover reasonable return shipping costs when an item is damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly.

For other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Americrest Coin is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before fulfillment or processing begins.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. After delivery, the order may be eligible for return under the terms of this policy.
